बंदूक की नोंक पर 7 करोड़ की लूट, इलाके में मच गया हड़कंप

चंडीगढ़, (आईएएनएस)| पंजाब के औद्योगिक शहर लुधियाना में शनिवार को कम से कम 10 सशस्त्र लोगों द्वारा एक निजी फर्म के कार्यालय से सात करोड़ रुपये की भारी नकदी लूट ली गई। पुलिस कमिश्नर मनदीप सिंह सिद्धू ने मीडिया को बताया कि राजगुरु नगर के पास स्थित कैश मैनेजमेंट फर्म 'सीएमएस कंपनी' के दफ्तर में लूटपाट हुई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आमतौर पर कंपनी के 15 कैश वैन वहां तैनात रहते हैं। पुलिस ने बदमाशों द्वारा लूटा गया एक कैश वैन भी बरामद कर लिया है। लूट की घटना को अंजाम देने से पहले घटनास्थल पर लगे सीसीटीवी को नष्ट करने वाले बदमाशों की तलाश में पुलिस ने छापेमारी शुरू कर दी है।
